Vibrant, light pink. Restrained bouquet in which red berries, herbs and floral notes gradually emerge, mineral, smoky. Deep on the palate, full-bodied, full-bodied and fruity. Not an off-the-shelf rosé, but an elegant representative with the potential to mature.

Goes well with: oysters, fish and poultry as well as casseroles gratinated with cheese.
